I contacted the seller, and after some troubleshooting it was determined that the graphics card that was sent with the computer was defective. Luckily the integrated GPU in the motherboard was operational, so I used that while waiting for the new GPU. The replacement GPU worked, and a couple of RGB fans were thrown in as an apology. The customer service has been top notch!
